OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2011. Gennady Booth has been appointed a Director of Planning and Control Department of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers. In his new position Mr. Booth will be responsible for issues related to functioning of the planning office, implementation of a balanced scorecard system and a quality control system in the company.

About Gennady Booth

Gennady Booth graduated with honors from Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1989, specializing in technical systems' automation and management. Same year he also received Diplom-Ingenieur degree with honors from TH Ilmenau. In 1995 he graduated Moscow Government's Modern Business Institute with a specialty in banking and finance. Mr. Booth holds an MBA degree in financial management; he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In July 2002-March 2005 he worked as a financial director of RUSDEL LLC. In March 2005 he joined NextMediaGroup LLC as a deputy general director for economics and finance. In May 2006-August 2007 he worked for ATON Group being responsible for one of the private equity funds' investment activities and investor relations. Since August 2007 Mr. Booth joined PricewaterhouseCoopers' consulting department, focusing on the Financial Services Industry.
