OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2011. Today, on the 28th of September, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC KAMAZ under the chairmanship of Director General of Russian Technologies State Corporation Sergey Chemezov will take place in Moscow.

The representatives of the owners of the company will consider several issues: implementation of the business plan of organizations of OJSC KAMAZ for six months of 2011, early termination of the member of the Management Board of OJSC KAMAZ and appointment of a new member of the Management Board of OJSC KAMAZ, approval of the Regulations on the Dividend Policy of OJSC KAMAZ and amendments to the Regulations on Meetings of the Board of Directors of OJSC KAMAZ.
