By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision, to the KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category were admitted bonds KZ2С0Y07E103 (KZ2C00001667, KZT10, KZT15.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of RESMI Group (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The date of effect of the Listing Commission decision will be announced later after the issuer fulfills terms of item 1 of article 18 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of trades on KASE in mentioned bonds date will also be announced later.

RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty) is the underwriter of the mentioned bonds issue.

REESTR (Almaty) is RESMI Group registrar.

The mentioned bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) RESCb2.

Details of mentioned bonds issue will be available on KASE website after the Listing Commission decision comes into force.
