OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2011. It is stipulated by the draft 2012-state budget law elaborated by the Finance Ministry, the ministry reported.

The revenues from road taxes were estimated basing on the number of vehicles registered in Moldova, the amount of road taxes and the national currency’s exchange rate forecasted for this year. It is planned that receipts from payments for using roads in the total amount of road taxes will total about 93.6 mln leis in 2012 (50% of this amount will be transferred to local budgets), receipts from issue of permissions for international motor transportation will total 42.4 mln leis.

Payments for selling liquefied gas for using it as fuel for cars will total 17.7 mln leis, other road taxes – 14.8 mln leis. Moldova state budget revenues from road taxes in 2011 were planned to total 156.5 mln leis, 2.9% mln leis (2%) more than in 2010.

Receipts from payments for using roads are expected to total 73 mln leis, from issue of permissions for international motor transportation – 47 mln leis. It is planned to get 16.9 mln leis from payments for selling liquefied gas for using it as fuel for cars and 19.6 mln leis – from other road payments.
