OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2011. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has provided insurance protection for the property of CJSC "Krasnaya Zarya Plant. Digital Communication Systems", a large enterprise specializing in renting out non-residential premises in business centres located in St. Petersburg. The insurer’s liability limit under this contract is 419,976,640 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance coverage is provided for office and warehouse premises rented out by the insurant in the Krasnaya Zarya Business Centre (4 Gelsingforsskaya Street), including the structural elements of the building, internal furnishings, and plumbing systems. The total area of the insured premises is 15,216 sq. m.

The following risks have been insured: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, storm and hail, other natural disasters, damage by water from water supply, heating or sewage systems, burglary, deliberate third-party actions, and collision with transport vehicles. The contract will be valid for 1.5 years.
