OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2011. On the eve of the opening of the VIII International exhibition of arms, military equipment and ammunition: Russian Expo Arms, Nizhny Tagil - 2011, Novikombank and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Scientific-Production Enterprise Basalt signed a partnership agreement. The document was signed by the Director General of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise SSPE Basalt, Alexander Rybas, and the President of Novikombank, Ilya Gubin.

Under the agreement, Novikombank will continue to develop its financing of company projects related to state defense order and export contracts through international military-technical partnerships. The Bank will provide the Federal State Unitary Enterprise SSPE Basalt and companies which are subsidiaries of this holding assistance in the development of domestic and international payment systems, and introduce modern financial management technologies to improve their operational performance. Novikombank will also provide consultancy and information services in the financial and banking sector, in particular, to develop the monetary and financial conditions when cooperating with foreign partners, as well as appraise and organize financing for investment projects.

Novikombank has been successfully cooperating with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise SSPE Basalt since 2010.

The signing of a partnership agreement with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise SSPE Basalt reflects the strategy of the Bank aimed at developing partnerships with companies which are subsidiaries of Russian Technologies State Corporation, which is a strategic partner of the Bank.
