Novikombank Introduces ISO 9001 Quality Management System

During the seminar, representatives from leading consulting firms gave an explanation of the quality management system (QMS) and process management technologies to the top managers of the Bank. In particular, the ISO principles, the hierarchy of key quality documents, the classifier of documents and documentation for the QMS at Novikombank, the process regulations on key business processes, a quality manual, as well as various examples of the use of process technologies in Novikombank and other Russian banks were discussed.
The seminar was attended by members of the Board and other Bank executives, as well as members of the Quality, Business Processes and Banking Technologies Committee.
This seminar was the first event in a series of training workshops on ISO 9001 for the staff of Novikombank: process-working groups; employees who are responsible for processes and management processes; the quality assurance department and branch quality managers; auditors from the internal QMS auditors department, process teams from all of the bank's branches.
The introduction of the QMS is a continuation of the work to support process management in Novikombank and it is being implemented under the Bank's development strategy. It is aimed at increasing the volume of client operations in key sectors of the real sector of the Russian economy, expanding the range of banking products and services, improving the quality of business processes, products and services, and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
The formation of a client-oriented corporate culture, the bank's system and process management, the use of high-tech approaches to product development, business processes and customer service will enhance the competitiveness of the Bank and will ensure its continued growth.
