OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2011. PJSC EMAlliance will become designer, manufacturer and supplier of the HRSG for the Unit PGU-420 of TETs-16 (a subsidiary of JSC Mosenergo).

According to the terms of the Contract concluded with the General Contractor of building, EMAlliance will perform the project works, manufacture and delivery of the HRSG of the capacity 240 MW intended for work at gas turbine Siemens with capacity 270 MW.

The HRSG project works will be performed by the specialists of PJSC Engineering Centre EMAlliance-BSDB BP (Barnaul) with application of up-to-date gas-vapor technologies within the framework of the licenced agreement between PJSC EMAlliance and American company NOOTER/ERIKSEN, INC. The Project equipment will be made at the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance – TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik.

The delivery time of the equipment is the I quarter of 2013. The Unit PGU-420 of TETs-16 is scheduled for commissioning in 2014.

TETs-16 is located in the district Khoroshevo-Mnevniki of the North-West administrative division of Moscow. Currently the installed electric capacity of the plant amounts to 360 MW, thermal capacity – 1484 Gcal/h. The plant provides heat- and electric power supply of industrial and household consumers in the North-West of Moscow where the population is more than 1.5 mln people.

Construction of the Unit PGU-420 at TETs-16 of JSC Mosenergo is carried out according to the Contract of capacity provision concluded in 2010. The aim of the given Project implementation is renewal of generating capacities of Moscow Region. The General Contractor of the Project building is JSC Mosenergo.

It is necessary to note that in June 2011 EMAlliance in consortium with the largest global power equipment manufacturer – company Alstom – has successfully completed EPC*-Contract for construction of the Power Unit PGU-420 for TETs-26 (Mosenergo) which does not have any analogy in the Russian power industry. Currently the Power Unit PGU-420 of TETs-26 with the gas turbine of the fourth generation is the most modern and effective CCP in Russian and foreign thermal generation.
