OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2011. The First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev and the First Deputy of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov have signed the intergovernmental agreement on establishing of the exhibition and trade center "Ukraine" at territory of the All-Russian Exhibition Center in Moscow.

The agreement has been signed during 51st meeting of the Economic Council of the CIS in Almaty.

Andriy Klyuyev has declared that the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow gradually turns to large international exhibition centre. As he said, it is expected that exhibition centers of European Union and the countries APEC in the same place will be opened.

The First Vice Prime Minister also has stressed that before all representatives of the Ukrainian authorities both in Ukraine, and abroad is set a task of defending as much as possible our national interests, first of all, through promotion of the Ukrainian goods and services in the world market, and that is not less important, through engaging to Ukraine investors and tourists. "We should use as much as possible similar exhibition platforms for promotion of Ukraine," Andriy Klyuyev has declared.

The First Vice Prime Minister has added that the decision on creation in Moscow on the basis of the All-Russia Exhibition centre of permanently operating exhibitions of the states-participants CIS, accepted in 2002, at last, starts to be implemented practically.

As it is known, until recently the pavilion which in Soviet period belonged to USSR, did not work.
