OREANDA-NEWS. September 26, 2011. Effective September 26, 2011 the following parameters of ordinary shares of JSC "INTER RAO UES" will be changed:

the number of ordinary shares of JSC "INTER RAO UES" available for trading on RTS T+0 Market (IRAOG) and RTS Standard (IRAOS) will be increased from 2,893,027,370,229 to 9,716,000,000,000 shares.

the state registration number of ordinary shares of JSC "INTERRAOUES" (RTS Classica ticker – IRAO) will be changed. The new state registration number will be 1-03-33498-E as of October 29, 2009.

The state registration number is reviewed, due to cancellation of the individual number (code) 002D of the state registration number 1-03-33498-E-002D as of November 16, 2010 that was assigned to the additional issue.
