This is another contribution made by Special Steel Business Unit to guarantee the timely completion of national key project, which is much appreciated by the customer recently, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

Two months ago, a customer placed an urgent order of alloyed die forged parts with Special Steel Business Unit. The die forged parts are difficult to produce and the process is complicated, the production cycle used to be 4 months at least. According to the customers' requirements, Special Steel Business Unit immediately launched the rapid response mechanism.

Through communication and coordination, Special Steel Business Unit actively deployed all the advantageous resources, and finally produced 86 disk blanks and sent them to subcontracted die forging processing plant. With the total process tracking of the technicians, all the materials are completed on time and satisfy the customer's requirements.
