OREANDA-NEWS. Joint Stock Investment Real Estate Fund Velikaya Stena (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange has informed KASE that on October 17, 2011 at 10:30 a special general meeting its shareholders starts, with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the company shareholders meeting agenda;

- payment of dividends due for the third quarter of 2011 and approval of dividend size per common share.

The mentioned meeting will be held at: 110e, Al-Farabi Ave., Almaty. Participant registration will start at 09:30.

In case of no quorum a repeated shareholders meeting will be held on October 18, 2011 at the above mentioned address and time.
