OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has held meetings with Foreign Ministers of a number of countries within 66th session of UNO General Assembly.

Azerbaijan MFA reports that E. Mammadyarov has met Foreign Ministers of Russia, Israel, Botswana, Ukraine, Georgia, Luxemburg, Fiji, Palestine, Jordan and Algeria. At the meetings the sides discussed the issues of bilateral relations development, organization of business forums for expansion of economic cooperation and exchanging visits to estimate cooperation opportunities in economy, energy, tourism and agriculture areas. Also issues of Azerbaijan’s cooperation strengthening with these countries within international relations were debated.
