OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. Ukrgasbank has paid yield interest of series D bonds for the 16th interest period in the amount of UAH 500 579.61, i.e. UAH 39.89 par value. The payment of yield interest was made by JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’.

JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has arranged the issue and primary offering of series D bonds for the total amount of UAH 100 mln.

The funds are raised aiming to finance local enterprises.

The Interest rate of Series D bonds for the 1-4 interest periods accounts for 13% p.a. А 16% p.a. interest rate was fixed for the 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, 17-20 interest periods by the Board of the Issuer.
The bonds mature in 5 years.
