OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. OJSC "Volgogradneftemash", part of SGM Group of Companies, – a leading manufacturer of equipment for oil, gas and petrochemical industries – is celebrating its 70th anniversary of its founding.

The company specializes in manufacturing pressure-operated vessels (towers, reactors and separators), manufactures heat exchangers, oil pumps and pipeline fittings. In 2010 the plant produced more than 8 000 tons of oil equipment, including 164 units of packaged equipment and 16 units of large-size equipment. During its entire production life, in total the company manufactured one million tons of oil and gas equipment. OJSC "Volgogradneftemash" combines the Volgograd plant of petroleum engineering and the Kotelnikovsky fitting plant. The workforce of OJSC "Volgogradneftemash" exceeds 5 thousand people.
