Effective September 23, 2011 ordinary shares of OJSC "Rusgrain Holding" (RTS Classica ticker – RUGR, RTS T+0 Market ticker – RUGRG) suspend trading on RTS markets, due to the issuer’s notice on state registration of the report on the results of the preferred shares issue (state registration number 1-02-50043-H as of September  22, 2011) placed by conversion after stock split.
