OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. Wisco reached a long term strategic cooperation agreement with CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation), reported the press-centre of Wisco.

CNOOC is a large state-owed enterprise directly under the administration of the State Council, as well the largest offshore oil producer at home. In recent years, Wisco has become the supplier of core steel for purchasing department of CNOOC.

News from CNOOC shows it hopes Wisco keeps provocative in engaging oceaneering projects bidding, and at the same time enhances technical service to CNOOC.
