OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. The adoption of the Tax Code did not affect to the number of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine, the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Alexander Klimenko confirms.

As he said, number of this class of representatives of small-scale business remains concerning stable within two years. On the beginning of 2010 in the country has been registered 2.42 million private businessmen. Under the operative data, individual entrepreneurs today – 2.43 million persons.

"The only things that after legislation change - the entrepreneurs had to make a choice between various systems of the taxation. We have fixed slight fluctuations of users of the simplified system, payers of the single tax the similar. But also here during the first half of the year the situation was stabilized, and today we see a relatively stable contingent of small business," the Deputy Chairman has noted.
