OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. In the draft Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" on a health care expenditure are provided in the sum of 9.7 billion hryvnias that on 167 900 000 hryvnias more than last year. About it the Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Alexander Tolstanov has reported during a videoconference concerning an innovation in the organization of activity of treatment-and-prophylactic organizations (questions of optimization of a network) and the organization of work with young specialists.

In addition, according to Alexander Tolstanov, in the budget subventions on health protection from the State Budget to local budgets at a rate of 2.8 billion hrivnias are provided.

"The State Budget 2012 provides funds for the payment since January 1st, 2012 to medical and pharmaceutical workers of the help on improvement at a rate of an official salary by granting of the basic annual holiday, an establishment of the minimum wage in the monthly rate: since January, 1st - 1073 UAH, since April, 1st - 1094 UAH, since July, 1st - 1102 UAH, since October, 1st - 1118 UAH, since December, 1st - 1134 UAH, as well as in the hourly rate: since January, 1st - 6,43 UAH, since April, 1st – 6.56 UAH, since July, 1st – 6.61 UAH, since October, 1st – 6.7 UAH, since December, 1st – 6.8 UAH. That‘s it is provided mid-annual growth of a wage by 13.5 %," the Deputy Minister has underlined, having added that also it is provided carrying out of differentiation of official salaries of workers of separate industries of budgetary sphere to 7-tariff category of the Unified Tariff Scale inclusive which will concern including medical workers.
