OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2011. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov noted improvements in the work of tax and customs services. He said this during a meeting with representatives of the Joint Movement of Employers of Ukraine. However, the PM stressed that a deep modernization of those services continued in order to create attractive investment climate in the country.

As Mykola Azarov said, now continues active work to improve the functioning of tax and customs services. "Even though there are many claims to address of these services, but it should not be noted that the work is improving. This objective assessment", - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

According to him the main idea of all these transformations is the fight against corruption and elimination of corruption in these services.

In addition, the PM said that the Government relied on the participation of employers in the process of improving the Tax Code and Customs Code development: "Now we are preparing proposals to improve the Tax Code, and we invite you to take part in active work to improve those standards, which almost year running".

Also the Prime Minister called on employers to provide specific proposals within the development of the Customs Code.
