OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2011. Belarus’ OJSC Belsolod reported a 250% increase in malt export in January-August 2011 to USD 35.888 million, a source in the company told reporters.

In volume terms, supplies reached 68,73 tonnes, an increase by 67.9%.

Supplies to the domestic market hiked 59.5% to 30,078 tonnes.

Belsolod produced 88,46 tonnes of malt in January-August2011, up 160% on the year.

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
