OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2011. The River Station is opened after reconstruction in Cherkassy, which together with the tourist complex "Avto Rica" forms the international the international passenger transport and logistics center.

The renovation of the River Station has been begun in March of this year. During repair the roof is completely replaced, internal and front painting and decorating is conducted. Thus it was possible to keep the architectural form of the building constructed 50 years ago.

The mooring of station in length of 128 meters is calculated on acceptance of three riverboats.

The Cherkassy River Station is included into the system of four ports in Kaniv, Cherkassy and Adamivka.
