As part of its mortgage products promotion campaign, Nordea Bank will traditionally take part in the specialized exhibition-fair "Real Estate 2011" running from 29 September to 2 October in the Central House of Artists located in Krymskiy Val (Moscow), reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors can find out in detail about the mortgage lending programs at the Bank’s stand.

Mortgage programs offered by Nordea Bank mean interest rates from 6% in foreign currency and from 8.5% in rubles, choosing from differentiated (declining) or annuity (fixed) payment methods, no fees and free consideration of the loan application. The interest rate does not depend on the way an applicant proves his/her income (whether in form of Personal Income Tax "2-NDFL" or that suggested by the Bank).
