OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2011. On September 20 Commersant newspaper published the 12th annual rating of the best managers in the country. It is a joint project of the Managers’ Association and Commersant publishing house. Top managers and leaders of definite subdivisions of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company head the list of the section Insurance.

Igor Yevgenyevich Khromov, the Deputy Director General for operational work of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company is among the best IT-directors of insurance companies.
