A new service for the clients with hull insurance and CMPTL, who have suffered insurance events, has appeared in section My Ingosstrakh on the website of the insurance company at www.ingos.ru. Now the insured parties may get up-to-date online information as for the status of their claim handling. At the link the list of all required documents for submission to Ingosstrakh Insurance Company will also be available.

The option implemented will make it possible for the clients to get information as for the status of the insurance event claimed, termination time for any stage of claim handling, compensation amount, etc.

The new service is simple and user-friendly. The hull insurance client will only have to fill in his name and surname, as well agreement No. in the section My Insurance Events; for CMPTL transport vehicle registration number and loss number are to be filled in, except for the name. This service may currently be used by the clients in Moscow and Moscow Region.
