OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2011. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Omsk opened a nonrevolving credit line of 324million rubles with a drawdown period of four years to WSP Processing CJSC, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The borrower will use the loan funds to refinance its debts.

Today, the oil refinery of WSP Processing CJSC has an annual capacity of 185,000 tons. Under the company’s development strategy, the plant is to increase its output of petroleum products more than sixfold to 1,200,000 tons a year by 2014.
