IBA Modifies Workflow System at Sombelbank
OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2011. IBA received a testimonial from Sombelbank, a part of the Poland-based financial organization Getin Holding SA, about modernization of its workflow management system based on the IBA’s Chancellor, reported the press-centre of IBA.
The system was modified using Version 5.1, a new release of Chancellor. The tasks included:
Expansion of functionality
Update of ergonomics and design
Creation of full-fledged web interface
Integration with Website Content Management System.
Web access enabled the user to work with documents remotely from a notebook or a tablet computer, which increased the efficiency of the bank’s operation management.
Tatiana Danilenko, First Deputy Chairperson of Sombelbank, said: “IBA performed the work on the modernization of the workflow system in good quality and meeting all contract obligations”. She also expressed gratitude “for the high professional level of IBA specialists, their quick response, and creativity in problem solution” and said that she looks forward to further fruitful cooperation.
