OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2011. Nasosenergomash, a subsidiary of HMS Group, carried out successful test of modernized pumps of PD650-160-2 type that were produced according to a contract between Group`s trade house – HYDROMASHSERVICE and a contractor of Mosenergo – TER Moscow.

In accordance with the contract HYDROMASHSERVICE will deliver four boost pumps of PD type that will be used in feed system of thermal power plant (TPP) #23 situated in Moscow city.

As a result of modernization efficiency of the pump was enhanced by 5% as well as vibrating qualities of the pump. Pump casing is produced from stainless erosion resistant steel. New modification of the pump guarantees full interchangeability with pumps that were previously installed in the plant.

TPP #23 is one of the biggest thermal plants of Mosenergo system with electric power of 1420 MW and thermal power of 4515. The plant supplies Eastern and Central administrative divisions of Moscow city with thermal and electric power.

Mosenergo is one of the key clients of the HMS Group which has been constantly executing company`s orders for feed and other types of customized pumps for different facilities of Mosenergo system.
