OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2011. Assembling of the biathlon stadium stands is being completed at Krasnaya Polyana. It is a unique combined ski and biathlon complex in Russia.

Framework of the stands is almost ready. It is a metal construction made of quality construction steel.

Capacity of the stands is 5000. Spectators will be able to see not only start and finish, but also target shooting. There will be 18 rows with comfortable seats according to the project.

All the works on the complex of two separate stadiums with start and finish zones, tracks’ systems, and shooting ground will be completed by the end of the year. Tracks for the world’s strongest athletes are laid out and approved by the international experts. Investor of the project is OJSC “Gazprom”.
