Representatives of China Telecom, China Unicom (China), "VympelTelecommunications", Megaphone (Russia), "Uzbektelecom" (Uzbekistan), "Kyrgyztelecom" (Kyrgyzstan), Mail.ru, Odnoklassniki.ru and others participate in the work of conference, organized by Kazakhtelecom JSC, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

Traditionally issues of Kazakhtelecom JSC transit potential are discussed on the meeting, aspects of mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign telecom operators, also optimization of access to main content-holders. Presentation of new company's direction –Data centers services took part within the conference. As informed Kuanyshbek Yessekeyev, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC, "company intends to enter CIS countries with this service. This is the first presentation of our services, which we can represent on international level".

Today Kazakhstan possesses independent and competitive telecommunication network, functioning of which mainly conditioned by realization of the largest project of governmental meaning by Kazakhtelecom JSC – construction of national information super pipe (further - NISP), which allows securing Kazakhstan integration to world information space. NISP includes fiber-optic communication lines of over 12 500 km long. When development of NISP diagram building such factors as securing digital trunk communication of all oblast centers of Kazakhstan, reliability of international and trunk channels, possibility to organize joints with neighboring countries operators networks have been considered. By words of Tsya Wei, head of "China Telecom" representative in Central Asia, "together with Kazakhtelecom JSC we actively participate in this project, a month ago have expanded and tested all channels, we have technically secured this project".

Using good geographic position of Kazakhstan in the center of Eurasian region, Kazakhtelecom JSC works on realization of traffic transfer between Asia and Europe by shortest transit route when securing high reliability and quality of service and maintenance. As noted Alexander Yakovenko, Deputy Director for Department on work with Rostelecom OJSC operators, "Kazakhstan is one of strategic partners in transit plan, recently a contract on China transit have been signed – one of shortest routes. Before "Rostelecom" had own service "Transit Europe –Asia" by territory of Russia, directly with exit to China. Now this route becomes the shortest with use of territory of Kazakhstan".

In result of mutually beneficial partnership, agreements on construction of new and expanding of existing joints have been realized for 5 years, thanks to which Kazakhtelecom JSC formed as Central Asian hub. This, in its turn, secured possibility not only to increase the volume of transit services provided by an international operator using Kazakhtelecom JSC network, but secure increase of Internet access speed for Kazakhstani users.
