OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2011. Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Mission Critical Systems Ltd. today announced the launch of "Fujet (Fujitsu efficient testing service)", an accurate and efficient testing service for customer system architectures.

The new service leverages the expertise that the two companies have accumulated in building mission-critical systems that are part of society's infrastructure in areas such as the public sector, finance, and communications. Under this service, all work involved in quality system testing is conducted on the customer's behalf. This includes designing and implementing tests, analyzing test results, and validating system quality.

In addition to helping customers build high-reliability systems, this service provides a level of visibility for system quality readily comprehensible to both IT department staff and management. As well, archived test analyses results can be recalled when updating systems to help support continuous improvement in system quality.

The time required for test processes provided as part of this service has been cut by 30-50% from typical levels.
