OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2011. On the first day of the 11th COMTRANS’ 2011 International Specialized Exhibition, the exposition of KAMAZ was examined by Chairman of the Board of RUSNANO Anatoly Chubais.

Accompanied by Director General of KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin the guest was demonstrated the latest models of vehicles produced by the leader of the Russian automotive industry. Particular attention was paid to the KAMAZ-5490 vehicle which was displayed at the exhibition with two versions of a cab: produced by KAMAZ and by its strategic partner – Daimler AG.

Anatoly Chubais was also shown vehicles and buses running on compressed natural gas produced by KAMAZ’s partner – OOO RariTEK, as well as samples of special equipment made by the Russian-Swiss joint venture of Boshing AG and a subsidiary of KAMAZ –Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov.

After visiting the exhibition of KAMAZ, Chairman of the Board of RUSNANO highly appreciated the demonstrated samples of special equipment some of which were for the first time shown at the International Exhibition. Summarizing the results of the meeting, the both parties expressed hope for their further fruitful cooperation.
