Now the overcapacity and increasingly intensified competition of Chinese steel industry has brought much challenges to Baosteel. Baosteel has mapped out the new round development strategy and Baosteel is in the crucial stage of enterprise transformation and second pioneering.

He wished that Hay Group could further exert the advantages to give counsels to Baosteel's development and looked forward to more opportunities for cooperation between both parties.
