Ukraine In order to optimize the calculations for customers both internal and external transportation, the Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsya) plans to establish the Integrated Payment Center (IPC). This was announced by the Head of the main commercial management of the Ukrzaliznytsya Vladimir Ivashchuk at the seminar-meeting "The development of commercial processes of information management Ukrzaliznytsya in providing services to customers according to European standards", which is held in Alushta (Crimea).

"We have begun a new stage of information support of freight traffic that will end with a complete liquidation of paper document circulation by transportation and qualitatively new level of development of forwarding service customers," Vladimir Ivashchuk has reported. As he said the future centre will process all documents on the same technology and for this purpose are plan the unification of the software for handling of documents.

In the IPC will operate: the agreement and the order for services are uniform in the territory of Ukraine, a uniform code of the sender and use of the electronic document with the digital signature.
