OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2011. Ukraine has already collected thousands of suggestions from the public on the draft law "On Land Market". Now they are compiled and analyzed, and to the second reading will be included in the document. This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk during an extended meeting of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to the Minister, the discussion of the draft law "On Land Market" takes place in all regions of Ukraine. "From 11 300 chairmen of the village councils who are in Ukraine, 9 580 chairmen are already involved in this work. In each settlement meetings have been held. I have personally visited all regions.

That is a discussion of the bill occurs today by all participants of process: from owners of land shares and farmers to the heads of banking establishments and owners of agroholdings. Scientific and international institutes are involved too. We have done everything possible to collect the maximum number of suggestions and comments," Prysyazhnyuk reported.
