OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2011. OJSC Nordea Bank and Volzhskaya Dubrava gated community  have started cooperation as part of a joint mortgage program, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

Nordea Bank offers mortgage loans for the construction of a cottage in Volzhskaya Dubrava gated community located in Nekrasovskiy district of Yaroslavl region.

A real estate property owned by the borrower or third persons and satisfactory to the Bank may serve as collateral. Such property must be located in Yaroslavl region or any other region where the Bank is present. Loan maximal maturity – 30 years.

Nordea Bank’s mortgage programs mean low interest rates (from 6% per annum in foreign currency and from 8.5% per annum in rubles), choice from differentiated (declining) or annuity (fixed) repayment method, no fees and no charge for considering the application. The interest rate does not depend on income proof (whether in form of "2-NDFL" personal income tax or certificate using the Bank’s template).
