OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case upon the signs of violating the antimonopoly law by the Ministry of Health Care and Social Development of the Russian Federation, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS suspects that the Ministry of health Care and Social Development of the Russian Federation violated Part 1 Article 15 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” by unreasonably refusing to include “TsSM of the republic of Bashkortostan” in the Register of accredited organisations rendering work safety services.

The case is scheduled for 17th October 2011.
