OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2011. OJSC “Atomenergomash” have completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Gardea, a.s. (Czech Republic), the 100% owner of Chladicí veze Praha, a.s., Eastern Europe’s biggest producer of cooling towers for nuclear and thermal power plants. The respective share purchase agreement was signed in Prague on September 7, 2011.
