OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2011. Construction of a new elevator complex for reception, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds was started in “Denyhivs’ka” branch (Denyhivka village Tetiyiv district of Kyiv region). 

The company and Kyiv region are connected by long-standing partnership. It is in the heart of Ukraine where implementation of the project of the company gets a new stage of its development - two transshipment terminals will be built (Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy town and Stayky village) and elevator complex (Denyhivka village).

The Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk, local government under his chairmanship wants to see a powerful investor in the region, thus providing clear guarantees and creating all conditions for work.

Thus, on the 29th of July, 2011 within the frames of the second investment forum of Kyiv region “Stability and growth”, that was held in Vyshgorod town (Kyiv region), a memorandum “On partnership and cooperation” was signed between “NIBULON” and Kyiv Regional State Administration, which became a guarantee of successful cooperation of the company and regional authorities.

“Last year with the support of Kyiv Regional State Administration and Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk personally, we presented our investment program on the construction of three modern enterprises at a cost of USD 60 million. A year later, during the second investment forum of Kyiv region, we sign a memorandum on cooperation and guarantee that three modern enterprises of “NIBULON” will be constructed in Kyiv region by the 1st of July, 2012,” Director General said at that time.

Within the frameworks of the forum, Grand Prix of Ukraine World Cup in class “Formula 1” on the water was held. “NIBULON” was general partner and sponsor of the event.

Thus, socially responsible company improves the image of Ukraine in the international arena. The company supports the initiatives of regional councils, where the leadership of the region creates favorable conditions for development and investment incomes. Sincere support of the sports events is the result of a good partnership with local authorities.

So “NIBULON” will begin the revival of the Dnipro River as a transport water way of Ukraine in the central region of Ukraine. Thus, “NIBULON’s” enterprises will be located in all regions of the country, where the Dnipro River flows.

In regard to the future elevator in Denyhivka village Tetiyiv district, its estimated cost is over UAH 120 million. During the construction more than 50 contractors will be involved at the facility that is more than 1000 skilled workers. Only modern materials and technologies will be used during the construction of the facility. The elevator will be the most modern technological facility in the region, in particular, equipment of Danish company "CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S", which is a longtime partner of the company, will be used.

Bringing the enterprise into force means infrastructure development, allocation to the budgets of all levels, new work places and decent salaries (after all, social component of the project is extremely important for the company). An investment attractiveness of not only Kyiv region, but Ukraine in general will be increased.

The proximity of the complex to the farmers will help them to reduce the cost of the logistical component and increase the profitability of domestic production on the average by UAH 50 per ton. Local residents and builders will also be provided with work.

“NIBULON” will construct according to its own standard - quickly and efficiently, within a few months. So the new elevator will have time to intake grain harvested this year!

According to a heart-warming tradition, the company transferred funds to the local budget for the construction site, before the construction works were started, funds are already used for the village infrastructure development.

60 workers will ensure successful work of the branchafter putting the facility into commission. The work of the enterprise will ensure consistently high tax revenues to local and state budgets in future.

The company will not stand aside the community’s problems, helping local education and health facilities, developing the infrastructure of the village.

In particular, developing the transportation of grain by rail, the local railway station Dengofivka (Kozyatyn railway - Zhashkiv) will be reorganized and modernized by efforts of “NIBULON”.

The elevator construction will be a catalyst for the development of the settlement, inspire the village with new life. Export activity of Tetiyiv district will be started from here and local households will feel themselves like entities engaged in foreign economic activities, supplying grain to Africa, Asia and other parts of the world.

Today “NIBULON” does not wait until necessary conditions and an appropriate investment climate will be created for it, but invests in the development of domestic economy, creating these conditions itself.
