OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2011. Novikombank and the Open Joint Stock Company UAC-Transport Aircraft have signed a partnership agreement. During the ceremony the document was signed by the CEO of UAC-Transport Aircraft, Sergey Velmozhkin, and the President of Novikombank, Ilya Gubin.

The agreement is aimed at creating the best financial conditions for the company to implement its projects to create a manufacturing lifecycle of transport aircraft of all classes and to ensure the delivery and after-sales service of the aircraft.

Under the agreement, Novikombank will assist UAC-Transport Aircraft in reaching its strategic objectives by creating favourable financial conditions for the company. It will also provide a full package of banking services, including the Client-Bank electronic payment system, provide financing for ongoing operations, and assist in attracting investment, including on foreign markets.

Novikombank successfully partnered with UAC-Transport Aircraft in 2010. Ilya Gubin noted that: “The signing of this agreement not only means that we have the opportunity to further expand the bank's business. More importantly, our partnership with UAC-Transport Aircraft gives Novikombank the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the scientific and industrial potential of Russia, and thus, the entire Russian economy.”
