As of September 14, 2011 quotation of ordinary and preferred shares of Tambovsky Zavod "Komsomolets" (RTS Board tickers – tzkm and tzkmp respectively) will be halted, due to state registration of the issues of the ordinary and preferred shares (state registration numbers 06-45200-A and 2-06-45200-E as of March 14, 2011) that are placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value.

The new par value for both ordinary and preferred shares amounts to 2,250 rubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.
