OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2011. Recently, 12th Five-Year Plan on Anhui Finance was issued. According to the plan, financial revenue will break 400 billion yuan and financial expenditure will surpass 500 billion yuan by 2015, which is two times as much as that in 11th Five-Year Plan.

During the period of 12th Five-Year Plan, the increase of financial revenue will keep rapid. By 2015, the ranking of financial revenue and financial revenue per capita will move upward and the revenue-to-GDP ration will rise steadily. The regulation capacity of provincial finance will further be stregthened.

By 2015, 80% of the newly added revenue will be spent on the field of people's livelihood and the gap between fiancial expenditure per capita and national average level will be further narrowed. The structure of financial expenditure will be further optimized.
