OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2011. Ukrzaliznytsia has excluded 71 dining cars (cafe) from structures of passenger trains and offered these cars to tenants for maintenance with a feed of passengers. Ukrzaliznytsia has left dining-cars (cafe) only to firm international trains and day time high-speed trains.

Besides since September 1, 2011 railwaymen are ready to provide in rent also objects of an operating stationary trading network at train stations and stations - restaurants, cafe, buffets, etc. which have been served by workers of shops of a feed of railways of Ukraine.

Experts consider that such measures will assist reduction of unprofitability of passenger facilities of railways of Ukraine. Ukrzaliznytsia expects from tenants giving a full service on maintenance with a feed of passengers in trains. To encourage to cooperation, railwaymen have reduced a financial load to a tenant.

In particular, movement of rented cars in structure of a train will be carried out free-of-charge. The tenant will carry out a payment for travel of crews of the car - restaurant (cafe), independently choosing type of the car (SV class, compartment, reserved seats, etc.) and quantity of seats.

Maintenance costs of dining-cars (cafe) is a realization of repairs, sinks of cars, equipment water, fuel and other services which are caused by the contract of rent, will be paid monthly according to exposed by Ukrzaliznytsia accounts.
