OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2011. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine will contribute to the development of transport infrastructure of Dnipropetrovsk region. Cooperative agreements signed by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Infrastructure Borys Kolesnikov and head of Dnipropetrovsk RSA Oleksandr Vilkul.

The parties agreed to work expeditiously to develop the road network in the Dnepropetrovsk region. First of all we are talking about completion of the construction of the 2nd and 3rd phase of construction of belt road "Southern Bypass in Dnepropetrovsk” until 2013 and completion of the right bank exits from Kaydatskyi Bridge until 2014.

The Agreement provides for complete construction of the second start site of the first stage of Metro in Dnipropetrovsk until the end of the first quarter of 2015: hence, the city will have three new metro stations - "Muzeina", "Zentralna" and "Teatralna".

In addition, the parties in the agreement committed themselves to promote renewal of the municipal electric rolling stock in the cities of Dnepropetrovsk, Kryvyi Rig and Dniprodzerzhynsk.
