OREANDA-NEWS. September 9, 2011. United Credit Bank is starting the process of recapitalization by additional issue of shares.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan reports that a new issue prospectus of UCB shares was registered yesterday under state registration number AZ100100526P. Within its framework the Bank may issue 1,000 shares with face value of 2,000 manat each.

This will increase UCB’s authorized capital by 2 million manat.
