Pursuant to recommendations of the Committee on appointments and remuneration of the Board of Directors of JSC BTA Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of JSC BTA Bank the following changes have been made to the membership of the Management Board of JSC BTA Bank, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank:

powers of Ms. Natalya S. Loginova, a Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of JSC BTA Bank have been terminated as a member of the Management Board and preserved as a Managing Director;

Mr. Askhat N. Beisenbayev has been elected to the position of the Deputy Chairman, member of the Management Board;

Mr. Murat A. Alkenov has been elected to the position of the Managing Director, member of the Management Board of JSC BTA Bank.
