OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2011. Batys tranzit (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. its shareholders' special general meeting is to begin, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is appointing of a new member of the Company's Board of Directors.

The meeting shall be held at: Almaty, 162zh., Shevchenko str., room 501.

In case of quorum absence a repeated meeting shall be held on October 10, 2011 at the same time and address.
