OREANDA-NEWS. September 7, 2011. The State Statistics Committee has stated that inflation again returned to Azerbaijani economy.

According to the Committee, consumer price index in August rose by 0.6% compared to July. This July, for comparison, there was deflation of 0.8%.

The SSC informs that in August food prices in the country increased  by 1%, while prices for non-food goods - by 0.2%. Tariffs on paid services increased by 0,3%.
