OREANDA-NEWS. Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that s special general meeting of the Bank's shareholders is scheduled for October 3, 2011 at 11:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is a change in the composition of the Bank's Board of Directors.

The said meeting will be held at 73a Tole Bi str., Almaty.

The list of shareholders entitled to take part in the meeting will be drawn up as of September 29, 2011.

In case of a failed quorum, a repeated meeting of the Bank's shareholders will be held on October 4, 2011 at the same time and premises.
