OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2011. ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors has take the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

1. to approve the new composition of ATFBank's Management Board and authorize the Chairman of Management Board to execute specified actions in due time according to requirements of local employment authorities:

  1. Romeo Collina - Chairman of Management Board;

  2. Mukhabbat Seitova - Vice-Chairman of Management Board;

  3. Lorenzo Ramaiolla - member of the Management Board.

2. to exclude Alexander von Gleich from the Management Board effective August 31, 2011.

3. to exclude Pavel Haskovets and Marcello Arlotto from the Bank's Management Board in due time according to requirements of local employment authorities.
